My wife Helenita has been cleaning houses in Utah County for 8 years now, our rates are affordable. We are licensed, insured, and bonded!

$20/worker hour using OUR supplies and equipment (Example: A crew of 6 workers who work for 50 minutes equals 5 worker hours of work, so 5 hours X $20/hour = $100 total). We provide everything, unless you have a special product you want used on certain surfaces.

Helenita controls the cleaning and crew and I control the records and scheduling.

Helenita is originally from Brazil, speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She has lived in Utah County since 2007, we married in 2009, and she became a U.S. Citizen in 2013.

Helenita and her crew are professional, dependable, trustworthy, high-energy, hard working, thorough, and serious about the work, but pleasant and friendly. We take great pride in providing a high quality clean!

We provide the following services on a one-time, monthly, biweekly, weekly, or more frequent basis for residences, rentals, offices, and post-construction situations:

Clean: Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, foyers, laundry rooms, mud rooms, cafeterias, basements, stairways (inside and outside), exercise rooms, etcetera.

Clean: Baseboards, wainscoting, crown moulding, doors (including edges, mouldings, panels, handles, jambs), mirrors, floors, trims, vents, blinds, windows (inside or low outside), window sills/tracks/frames, ceiling fans/lights, and so on.

Other: Steam mopping for sanitation of tile, linoleum, or hardwood floors, routine mopping, removing cobwebs, washing walls, removing marks (from trims, doors, panels, bookcases, walls, etc.) with white magic erasers, vacuuming, dusting, polishing wood surfaces, emptying trash, and even laundry or other services upon request.

It has become inefficient to accept job that require less than 5 worker hours ($100), so that is generally our minimum. At Advanced Housecleaning we are neither some individual who just decided to make money by cleaning houses for a while, nor are we a large impersonal company who sends out minimum wage workers with little motivation or experience to provide you with the quick and high quality job you deserve for your money.
